Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

Our services are provided in cooperation with TÜRSAB- and D2-licensed agencies; payment and sales are processed through our licensed partner.

Under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) we explain how data from quote/reservation requests is processed. No online payments are taken on this site.

1. Data controller

2. Data processed

  • Identity: full name
  • Contact: phone, email
  • Request: date, guests, days, service, your note (e.g. route, flight number)
  • WhatsApp/phone: message content and number if you contact us there
  • Security: browser info, short-lived IP record

Please do not enter health or other sensitive data in the note field.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Assessing your request, preparing a quote and contacting you; performing the contract if you accept (KVKK 5/2-c)
  • Invoicing and legal obligations (5/2-ç)
  • Security and abuse prevention (5/2-f)

4. Transfers

Form and chat data are shared with our TÜRSAB/D2-licensed partner agency ([PLACEHOLDER: partner agency name]) to prepare the quote and reservation; for the sale, contract and payment the agency is an independent data controller. Also to our hosting provider (Hostinger), to yacht/stay partners only as needed for a confirmed service, and to authorities where required. WhatsApp messages travel via Meta’s infrastructure under Meta’s terms. Cross-border transfers follow KVKK Art. 9.

5. Retention

  • Requests that do not become bookings: up to 1 year, then deleted.
  • Confirmed bookings: as required by law (generally 10 years).
  • WhatsApp chats: up to 1 year after completion.

6. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

Access, correction, deletion, objection and compensation: write to destek@cairakuzey.cloud. We reply within 30 days.
