Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our services are provided in cooperation with TÜRSAB- and D2-licensed agencies; payment and sales are processed through our licensed partner.

Cancellation and refunds always follow the written quote you accepted. Unless the quote says otherwise tiers to be confirmed by the business:

• 30+ days before: full deposit refund.
• 29–15 days: 50% of the deposit retained.
• 14 days or less: deposit non-refundable; amounts above it refunded minus non-recoverable supplier costs.
• Airport transfers: free cancellation up to 24 hours before to be confirmed.

Boat and tour operators’ own terms, if any, are attached to the quote and take precedence. If we cancel, everything including the deposit is refunded or rebooked.
